They realize that parenthood is extremely demanding that they learn to sacrifice their own interests for their baby.

Pinay Pie is a movie about girl power.
It tells a funny story about three fantastic and fearless female friends.
Karen (Jimenez) the smart and fashionable one among the three works for a girl's magazine who catches her boyfriend in bed with another woman.
Love (da Rossi) is the cousin of Karen working in the cosmetics section of a department store who dreams of becoming a beauty queen someday, thus, making her a regular of beauty competitions.
Yolly (delas Alas) is the businesswoman of the group. She is into the buy and sell business wherein she buys clothes from ukay-ukay only to sell them as brand new and original.
The story runs when Love joins the Diyosa ng Kagandahan 2003 contest where they find out that her roommate is the new girlfriend of Karen's philandering boyfriend and the "kinakapatid" of Yolly's boyfriend policeman who dumped her. They also see this girl cuddling up with one of the judges of the contest.
Karen, Love and Yolly tire out all their efforts for lo ve to win the contest and teach their ex-boyfriends a valuable lesson.

The story begins in a high school. Pia (Angel Locsin) is beautiful and wealthy and she is the campus sweetheart that every guy is dreaming of. Eric (Richard Gutierrez) is intelligent and has a good heart but does not have a money to live in comfort and luxury as he is taking care of his kind and loving grandmother who continues to encourage him no matter what difficulty he encounters and has always had been concerned about his future. Because of this, he works as the school's janitor where he admires the Pia from afar who on the other hand is somewhat weak-willed. Although they belong to the extremes of social classes, Pia and Eric's paths cross when they share the same seat in class - Eric during the night (as part of his scholarship program classes) and Pia during the day. On the other hand, Marian sees Manuel as no more than her best friend. Marian's greatest love has alwaysbeen Lance (Sam), a classmate who protected her from bullies back in grade school.
