Won't Last A Day Without You

Won't Last A Day Without You revolves around the story of DJ Heidee (Sarah Geronimo), who gives love advices to radio listeners. A heartbroken and "bitter" woman, her advices mostly prompts problematic couples to break up. Her bitterness in love roots from the unhappy ending of her 5-year relationship with her ex-boyfriend. Thus, she develops into being a man-hater. But when Andrew (Gerald Anderson), came into her life, she eventually learns to forgive men and fall in love, once again.

The film's story revolves around Heidi (Geronimo), who gives love advice to radio listeners, including Andrew (Anderson).

In an earlier interview, Geronimo explained: "Ako dito si DJ Heidi. Ang aking mga pinagdaanan dito, parang in a way naging man-hater ng konti. Ayaw ko 'yung mga ugali ng lalaki na babaero."

Anderson, for his part, said: "Sobrang hirap kasi nag-a-adjust pa kami, sobrang layo talaga sa first movie namin [ni Sarah]. Pero feeling ko makukuha din namin. So dapat abangan kung paano magka-clash ang 'yung dalawa, kung paano kami mai-in love at kung paano kami magkaka-developan sa movie."

"Won't Last a Day Without You," directed by Raz dela Torre, is Geronimo's second movie with Anderson.

Their first movie is "Catch Me...I'm In Love," which was shown last March.

Tumbok...it's not that original...but then again what is "original"nowadays? :-) It's an horror flick...well not horror...more a thriller... It's the same old plot of an haunted apartment that has same kind of dark secret with it...but this one is more pleasant than the usual crap that comes out of Hollywood...

The acting is not that bad,and the effects are also reasonable...remember: this is almost the same as watching a low cost Hollywood movie...but it holds you from the beginning to the final credits...

On a film review done by Noel Orsal of Philippine Entertainment Portal he quoted, "The typical Filipino film is at home in portraying families. It brings out one of the best dramatic scenes and emphatic dialogues primarily because relationships within the family can relate to. Conflicts and dysfunction between parent and child or among siblings would always find an audience connecting to a particular character over another.

The film opened at first place with an P18 million within its first week surpassing The Smurfs and Conan The Barbarian in Philippine cinemas, according to Box Office Mojo. On its second week, the film grossed an estimated P4 million, having a total gross receipt of P25.7 million. The Adventures of Pureza: Queen of the Riles

A poor girl, by the name of Pura who lives near the rails of the train experiences fun, adventure, and romance, in the greatest adventure of her life. Together with her friend, Ruben, they try to find a model, by the name of Daniella. If they did not succeed, they will be killed by the evil Mother Baby/Mother Greedy, and the Tsinelas gang. In search, Pura meets a boy by the name of Gerald, and falls in love with him. However, Gerald does not return her feelings, because he is in love with Daniella. Pura finds her mother, Purisima, who currently is a nun in a cathedral. Her mother helps her escape Mother Baby's guards. Sooner, Pura also learns that her best friend, Ruben, is in love with her, and falls in love with him in the process. When Mother Baby is defeated, she and Ruben get married, in the Train Station.
